ZoomInfo, the business contact and intelligence platform, unveiled an enhanced version of its Workflows solution, which aims to help marketers and salespeople automate their day-to-day tasks and scale operations for higher-value marketing initiatives with greater efficiency.
Workflows is designed to automatically research prospects, build account lists and export contact and company data into the user’s CRM, simplifying workflows and allowing salespeople to focus on taking action. The solution also automatically monitors specific topics to organize users’ workflows, providing:
- Filters designed to help users organize their company and account contact info by size, role, industry and location for improved campaign targeting;
- Triggers that can signal important prospect events to marketers, such as website activity, when prospects receive funding, etc., which can be leveraged to inform sales’ outreach; and
- Potential actions users can take in response to the filters and triggers being met, such as sending emails, assigning contacts to sales reps and dropping prospects into sales flows.
“If businesses want to scale quickly, they can’t become mired in day-to-day tasks that can easily be automated,” said Henry Schuck, ZoomInfo Founder and CEO, in a statement. “ZoomInfo’s Workflows eliminates redundant, repetitive tasks and helps teams to focus on the human side of closing business by establishing strong relationships with prospects and customers.”
