Mobiz, a SMS marketing startup designed to help brands personalize and scale their mobile marketing strategies, has announced it is launching its flagship SMS  marketing service designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with an easy to use, hyper-personalized solution. The announcement comes just about a month after the company raised $4 million in Series A funding thanks to leading investors HAVAÍC and Futuregrowth Asset Management.

Research suggests that the SMS marketing market is growing at a CAGR of 20.3 percent in the next few years. As humans continue to rely more and more on mobile devices in their every day lives, consumers are becoming increasingly comfortable with the prospect of being contacted via SMS messages by the brands they interact with.

Statistics show that three out of four consumers are comfortable with being contacted via SMS if given the option to opt-in, and 64 percent believe brands should use SMS messaging more often to contact them.
