Customer marketing platform MessageGears has announced it is integrating its software with Phrasee technology to upgrade its comprehensive Message product. The move is designed to combine Phrasee’s AI and brand language optimization solutions on MessageGears’ industry-leading customer marketing platform to make it easier for marketers to personalize messages, analyze customer data, and build relationships with their audiences.

The integrated AI and content-testing solutions will be available on MessageGears’ comprehensive interface.
Some companies such as Party City and Rakuten Rewards have already employed the new features to optimize their email subject lines and copy, resulting in boosted ROI and campaign performance. On average, marketers using the combined solution can expect increases in email open rates (+10 percent) and click rates (+16 percent).
