Hopin Acquires Attendify, Aims To Integrate Digital And Event Marketing
Since the company was founded in 2019, Hopin has grown its customer base to over 100,000 and made five strategic acquisitions.

Industry-leading event management platform Hopin has announced it has acquired Attendify in a move designed to help marketers optimize their event strategies. With the acquisition, Hopin aims to use Attendify’s SaaS event platform to enhance its event marketing suite for in-person, hybrid, and fully remote events.
Since its foundations in 2011, Attendify has used its data insight tools to help users reach their target audiences. The fully integrated application offers products such as Audience CRM, an audience engagement measurement tool to help event marketers understand their audiences.
“We are extremely proud to join the Hopin team with the shared goal of creating the best possible user experience in event technology. At Attendify, we’ve always believed not only in the power of events to bring people together to forge meaningful connections but also, in the massive potential that lies in unlocking event data to further enhance the attendee experience. Unifying our products and merging the minds of our talented teams will be invaluable to our customers,” said Michael Balyasny, CEO and Founder of Attendify.
With the new integration, Hopin will have the resources to launch Campaign Manager, an engine aimed at helping marketers optimize email campaign engagement and gather valuable statistics.
Since Hopin’s 2019 launch, the company has seen massive growth. Just in the year and a half since the beginning of 2020, Hopin has grown its users from a couple hundred to over 100,000. The company hosts millions of attendees every month and has raised over $565 million in funding since February of 2020.

“As we continue to help our customers navigate a reshaped events industry, our focus remains on investing in Hopin’s all-in-one platform, including augmenting it with intuitive marketing tools.” Said Johnny Boufarhat, CEO and Founder of Hopin.
“With the addition of Attendify, our event marketing suite gets even better and we can deliver more meaningful tools to organizers that drive growth. And now, access to our platform is even easier, no matter the event budget. With our new free plan, anyone can create events, wherever they are.”
