Entravision Acquires 365 Digital, Expands Ad Product And Global Reach
Adding the South African-based 365 Digital helps Entravision further expand its diverse digital advertising solutions around the world.

Diversified media, marketing, and tech leader Entravision Communications has announced it has acquired 365 Digital in a move designed to expand the company’s product and global reach. By adding new high impact digital advertising capabilities to its platform, Entravision plans on using this acquisition to further advance its digital ad products.

365 Digital is one of the African continent’s top online media and ad-technology solutions, with offices located in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Its platform is used around the world by over 24 million unique monthly users at partner companies such as TikTok, Anzu, Zando.co.za, OLX and EWN.Since the company was founded, it has helped brands reach audiences at scale and unlock true revenue potential.
The move represents an investment in product and global diversification for the Santa Monica-based Entravision, already a global leader in five continents. The company’s digital, television and radio content services are used around the world to target and engage Latino audiences primarily in the United States, Mexico, Latin America, and Spain.
The brand features full-stack digital solutions and a portfolio of 55 television stations and 49 radio stations. It takes advantage of major corporate partnerships with global media brands like FOX, the NFL, and NBC.

In Sub-Sahara Africa, the digital marketplace is rapidly growing with hundreds of millions of young, digitally connected consumers. With the new acquisition, the two companies set themselves up to expand their solutions to wider audiences in both African and Latin communities. The move follows Entravision’s recent acquisitions of MediaDonuts and Cisneros Interactive as the company continues to fuel its growth in 2021.
