The platform provides marketers with valuable knowledge about their data and how to use it. Through the integration, users can:
- Simplify customer interactions: Marketers can have the ability to create mock audience models to study how they can best take advantage of their Facebook data to interact with customers.
- Drive ROI with automation: Marketers will have the ability to monitor and analyze their campaigns in real time, making it easier to act quickly on action items.
- Accelerate campaign planning: Marketers will have access to customizable templates and tools through Facebook to help optimize campaign performance.
The integration is currently live and available on Facebook’s platform. The integration is Calix’s second major move of the year, behind its Mailchimp integration in May, as the company invests resources into earning its users higher ROI.
